Toyota Ireland Celebrates 500,000 Sales Unit, Toyota Ireland celebrate important events in the course of its operations in the island nation, which began in 1972. As the brand's most successful and most popular, Toyota Ireland has just reached sales of 500,000 units.
500 000 cars sold last February to the Tony Burke Motors, in Ballybrit, Co Galway. The buyer was Siobhan Murphy, a resident of Salthill in Galway who bought the Toyota Yaris.
David Shannon, managing director of Toyota Ireland, said "We are very proud to have reached the milestone sales of 500,000 units and would like to thank our loyal customers for ongoing support over the years since Toyota began selling cars in Ireland in 1972."
"We believe in quality, durability and value contained in the Toyota brand is an important key is the reason why 90 percent of consumers who buy Toyota remain loyal and come back to buy Toyota."
Shanon believe this achievement will become an important foundation for achieving milestone sales of 1 million units. Currently, Toyota became the most popular brand with sales of number one in Ireland.
